What we collect

Only what you hand us. On the form, that's your name, phone number, town and the septic problem you describe. On a call, it's the number you're calling from and, because calls may be recorded, the recording.

What it's used for

Getting your request to a local septic contractor who can help with it. Nothing else. Your details aren't sold, traded, or added to a mailing list.

Who else touches it

The contractor who receives your request, and the companies that host this website and run the phone line, which keep ordinary logs. This site doesn't run advertising cookies.

Getting it removed

Send the form with the words "remove my details" and the phone number you used, and we'll delete what we have.
